Our community is a 55+ community that offers a quite and relaxed atmosphere.  Whether you're looking into purchasing a new home or a pre-owned home, all prospective buyers should make an appointment with our office to review our lease agreement. All pre- owned homes are for sale by owner. Interested persons must contact each individual seller to set up an appointment to view the home in person.
