About The Village Green Senior Community

The village Green Senior Community is a 39 Acre family owned manufactured housing community located in Aston Township, Media, Pennsylvania.

In 1929, The Holefelder family started a public swimming pool known as The White Sands Swim Club. Many families would travel by RV to this location. Over time its popularity grew and there was a need for RV sites. The Holefelder Family began offering these sites and it was a huge success.

Today, the pool no longer exists but the memory of it is well known. The family has grown the now mobile home community into a safe pleasant living community for residents aged 55 and over. It’s easy to tell we take great pride in our community.  We offer 24/7 maintenance staff, emergency phone service, holiday parties, and resident events.

We offer pre-owned as well as new single and double-wide mobile homes.  Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4 pm to answer any question you may have and how to get started moving into The Village Green Senior Community.
